The new COO of MarketTime shares how the company is reshaping itself around customer experiences, plus what’s in store for the future.
MarketTime is shaking things up with a recently appointed chief operating officer, who says customer feedback will be “instrumental” as the company continues to strengthen its platform. Terri Harwood, the new COO, has “a proven history of exceeding business objectives [and] is poised to drive MarketTime’s continued growth and innovation,” MarketTime stated in a release. Here, Harwood shares more about herself, her plans for the future, and how customer feedback and the customer experience will help shape the company moving forward.
Q: What is your background and what drew you to MarketTime?
A: “My background has always centered on enhancing employee engagement to create a delightful customer experience. While this may sound somewhat basic, I firmly believe it is the foundation of all the success I’ve enjoyed over the years. Many of my previous roles have begun during an organization’s rehabilitation phase, where I have been able to apply my genuine care and change management expertise to drive transformation.
