MarketTime, a B2B sales enablement technology provider for the gift, home, and toy industries, has appointed Terri Harwood as its new chief operating officer, effective immediately.

Harwood brings a distinguished background in directing overall business operations, enhancing customer experience, and building a customer-centric culture for multi-billion-dollar companies. Her expertise spans operational planning and administration, productivity improvement, business transformation, customer satisfaction and retention, and strategic planning and analysis.

“With a proven history of exceeding business objectives, Harwood is poised to drive MarketTime’s continued growth and innovation,” MarketTime stated in a release.

Harwood joined MarketTime in December, affording her the opportunity to meet with customers across a variety of industries during winter markets.
